At Justice Necessary, we believe access to essential hygiene products is not optional—it is necessary. That’s why we created Find Your Pantry: a community-driven resource connecting Coloradans to trusted locations offering food, soap, toothpaste, diapers, period products, and other basic essentials that help people live with health, confidence, and dignity.

The need is growing, and the urgency is real. The Justice Necessary FYP Hygiene Seal helps close the gap by strengthening trusted community access points and expanding access to essential hygiene products across Colorado—because hygiene is necessary for health, dignity, and daily life.
The Justice Necessary FYP Hygiene Seal is a free online resource that connects individuals and families with trusted local organizations providing essential hygiene products across Colorado. Founded to address hygiene poverty statewide, Justice Necessary has distributed more than 8 million hygiene products across all 64 counties, helping close a critical gap left by programs like SNAP and WIC, which do not cover everyday essentials such as soap, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, diapers, or period products. Through the Find Your Pantry program and the FYP Hygiene Seal, Justice Necessary helps communities identify trusted access points for these basic necessities while also supplying hygiene products quarterly to participating pantry partners to support their continued efforts serving Coloradans.
No one should have to choose between eating and staying clean—yet thousands of Coloradans are forced to make impossible decisions every day. In Justice Necessary’s statewide hygiene poverty research, 52% of respondents reported sacrificing food to afford hygiene products, while 65% reported sacrificing hygiene products to afford food. At the same time, only 55% were aware of agencies that provide hygiene products, revealing a critical gap in awareness and access across Colorado.
That is why Justice Necessary created the Justice Necessary FYP Hygiene Seal and the free Find Your Pantry resource—to help communities identify trusted locations providing reliable access to essential hygiene products. As more Coloradans turn to food pantries and community organizations for support, Justice Necessary is working to ensure hygiene is part of the solution in all 64 Colorado counties—strengthening statewide access to soap, toothpaste, diapers, period products, and other daily essentials because access to hygiene, just is necessary.

This coordinated access helps families avoid unnecessary travel and preserves time for what matters most — caring for their families, attending school, working, and staying engaged in their communities.
